If you must cancel:
Due to the very limited size of our Inn, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation
policy:
To avoid cancellation fees, you must cancel at least 14 days prior to reservation date. Cancellation fees
apply thereafter which are as follows: For bookings of 1-2 nights: 1 night’s lodging price is required.
If your stay was booked for 3 or more nights: 50% of total booking price will be required. Holiday booking cancellation:
75% of entire stay is required. A non-refundable $25 cancellation fee will also apply in every case.
If we are able to rebook your stay dates, we will only charge you the $25 cancellation fee.
EARLY CHECK-OUTS & NO SHOWS are responsible for price of the entire booking.
